Privacy choices

You can use View.gs without optional analytics. You can also remove a scene you own or contact us about your personal information. Scene-file removal and a broader personal-data request are different actions.
1. Optional analytics
Use the controls below to accept or reject Google Analytics. Reject also withdraws an earlier acceptance. No analytics loads on this privacy page or on viewer/embed pages. A saved acceptance applies to public marketing pages. These controls need JavaScript; the policy and request information do not.
Current choice: Not set — analytics is off.
Accept to allow Google Analytics on public marketing pages. Reject to withdraw consent and clear accessible Google Analytics cookies. Both choices last up to 180 days in this browser. Uploading and viewing work with either choice.
2. Remove a shared scene
In the browser used to upload, enter the viewer URL, embed URL or share identifier below and confirm removal. The server checks the original signed ownership cookie; it does not grant removal just because someone knows a public link. Service-account clients can use their existing credential with DELETE /api/shares/{shareId}; do not paste credentials into this form or email.
Removal disables the link and requests source-file deletion. If storage deletion needs a retry, the result will say that it is pending. Existing file authorizations may continue briefly until physical deletion, and previously loaded or copied content cannot be recalled. This action does not automatically erase associated database metadata, logs or correspondence.
If you no longer have the original browser cookie, used the Mac app, or need deletion of other personal information, contact alexsoroka@l2labs.dev. Include the share URL or upload identifier if available, your relationship to the upload and the action requested. We may ask for proportionate proof. A public link alone is not ownership proof.
3. Access, correction and other requests
Email alexsoroka@l2labs.dev with the subject “View.gs privacy request.” Explain whether you want access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or to object to processing, and provide relevant identifiers and a reply address. Do not send API keys, cookies, passwords or unnecessary identity documents. An email link opens your mail application; it does not submit a request automatically.
No account is required, and we may not be able to associate an anonymous record with you without additional information. We will consider proportionate verification and information you provide. We cannot erase copies independently held by link recipients. Essential identifiers, metadata, logs and any legally preserved information require separate consideration.
The GDPR response period is ordinarily without undue delay and within one month of receiving a rights request. A legally justified extension of up to two further months may apply for complex or numerous requests; we must explain an extension within the initial month. Applicable rights and exceptions determine the result. We do not promise that every request can be fulfilled immediately.
4. Browser data and ownership
Reject analytics clears accessible _ga and _ga_* cookies. You can also remove View.gs site data through your browser settings. Removing the saved privacy choice resets optional analytics to off until you accept again.
Be careful when clearing all site data: the essential signed cookie recognizes the browser that owns your uploads. Removing it can prevent automatic removal or editing. It does not delete server-side files. Clearing tab session storage may also remove pending-upload recovery information.
5. Complaints and contact
You may complain to the competent data-protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement took place. You can also contact Estonia’s Data Protection Inspectorate. You do not have to contact us first.
